Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Julie's Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, and upholding the high standards of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and passion for great food and wine.
  • Confident and friendly individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask during peak hours.
  • Availability to work late nights and weekends.
