About the Role

AAK International is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Hull. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant, managing a team of maintenance technicians, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe working environment through the application of safety policies and procedures
  • Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians to achieve high performance
  • Effectively plan and control maintenance activities to meet business needs
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the maintenance scheduler to optimize labor and material usage
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and procedures
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in plant operations and maintenance management. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive best practice and continuous improvement across the team.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance principles, and asset management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
