Job RoleIn this role, you will be accountable for supporting the learning and development of site personnel by facilitating mandatory and ad hoc training, ensuring seamless operational efficiency and employee growth.
Main Duties And Responsibilities- Identify and assess training needs for new and existing employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Deliver all job-specific/key skills training, utilizing industry-leading methodologies and best practices.
- Deliver refresher training and updates, ensuring employees remain up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
- Ad Hoc training as required, adapting to changing business demands and priorities.
- Ad Hoc duties to include operational support during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Provide timely reports on ongoing projects, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong planning and organisational skills, demonstrating adaptability and a customer-focused mindset.
- Utilize IT skills to include Microsoft packages, ensuring efficient and effective use of technology.
- A flexible approach to working hours is essential, with a willingness to work outside of core hours when necessary.
- Ability to read, write and speak English to a high standard, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
