About the Role:

The successful candidate will have sound experience as a Pastry Chef and will be responsible for leading the daytime pastry team. Previous leadership experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daytime pastry team
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
