Contract Details:

Location: CV Postcodes

Contract: Housing Association

Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks

Commitment: Ideally 5 days per week with a high volume of work guaranteed

Contract Length: Ongoing

Payment Terms: £00 per property (LGSR)

Key Benefits:

  3. Monday to Friday (part-time min. 3 days per week commitment can be accommodated)
  4. All appointments pre-booked via the client's PDA system.

Requirements:
  1. 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
  2. ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
  3. Own Van and Tools
  4. Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
  5. £2m Public Liability Insurance
  6. DBS Check (dated within 12 months)
