We are seeking a resilient and passionate individual to join our Ofsted "Outstanding" TreeHouse School as a Specialist Teaching Assistant.

In this role, you will work closely with our autistic pupils, providing support to help them access the curriculum while promoting their independence and self-esteem through community-led activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to pupils with autism
  • Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
