Job Title: Sales Support Advisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Sales Support Advisor to join our team at The Workshop. As a Sales Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service over the telephone, webchat, and email. Your primary goal will be to secure and process orders in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and coordination skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service over the telephone, webchat, and email
  • Securing orders by converting calls into confirmed orders
  • Processing orders and bookings with accuracy
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and queries
  • Upselling products/services to maximise orders
  • Taking payment details and processing payments

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Great interpersonal and IT skills
  • Very good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced customer-focused sales environment

Working Hours:
