Role Overview

As a Technical Artist at Tripledot Studios, you will be part of a skilled team working on one of our unannounced games. This position requires a strong technical background and collaboration across various departments to ensure optimal game performance and excellent visuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the Unity layer linking art and animation with the programmers' codebase
  • Construct new game features within Unity, including Unity UI, following internal technical workflow
  • Write custom C# components for complex visual elements
  • Optimise new and existing features
  • Create animations, particle effects, and custom shaders

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Expertise in the Unity engine, especially Unity UI
  • Ability to write clean, performant C# code
  • Experience working with Git and knowledge of its best practices
  • Ability to create animations, particle effects and custom shaders
  • Experience optimising games for smooth performance on various devices
