About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Multi Skilled Civil Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our enforcement team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and order of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce road traffic orders by issuing Penalty Charge Notices
  • Patrol designated areas, wearing a body-worn video, to provide advice and support to residents and members of the public
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational standards and objectives
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including residents, businesses, and community groups
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of physical fitness, with ability to walk up to 10 miles per day
  • Good numeracy skills and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Valid full driving licence and DBS disclosure
