We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on the Anglian Water Framework in the Northampton area. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supervisors, delivery teams, and sub-contractors on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of projects by proactively managing site-based Supervisors and Delivery Teams ensuring safety, quality, and high performance.
  • Responsible for delivery of projects in line with tender allowances and agreed programmes of work.
  • Proactively support planning responsibilities to ensure initiatives are implemented with minimal disruption.
  • Accountable for SHEQ performance of projects, including undertaking and recording findings of periodic SHEQ visits.
  • Procurement of plant, materials, and specialist subcontractors using an appropriate financial management accounting system to ensure projects are delivered within tender allowances.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sub Agent or Site Manager for a main contractor.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Water industry.
  • SMSTS.
  • CSCS.
  • Full UK Driving License.
