The salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work flexibly and efficiently to maintain the highest professional standards in the delivery of allocated teaching programmes.
  • Undertake formal scheduled teaching, preparation, assessment, and evaluation of delivery, along with associated duties aligned with course leadership.
  • Promote the programme and manage own workload to meet deadlines.

Essential Requirements:

  1. A level 6 or above teaching qualification (Cert Ed/PGCE) or willingness to work towards.
  2. Minimum of Level 6 qualification in Psychology or closely related discipline.
  3. Experience of delivering to a wide range of learners (16-19+).
  4. Proven track record of delivering good and better teaching.
