Property Consultant

Avenue Recruitment Group LTD is seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring they are let quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring they are let quickly and efficiently.
• Conducting property viewings, communicating with applicants, and negotiating rental agreements.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and lettings targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in lettings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
