Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Investigations Specialist to lead our team of investigators in contentious insolvency and fraud cases. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recovering assets from the UK and overseas, with expertise in cross-border issues, complex litigation, and liquidations.

  • Brief staff on cases, supervise work, and provide training and appraisals to ensure high-quality results.
  • Analyze financial information, identify issues, assets, and transactions, including misfeasance and breach of duty claims.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and discuss material points with assignment directors or partners.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and marketing activities to drive business growth.

  • Proven experience in insolvency fraud investigation cases.
  • Management experience, including team development and coaching.
  • Litigation experience, presenting cases for Court.
