We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Residential Children's Services Deputy Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential programs and ensuring that we maintain our exceptional standards of care.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting. You will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our residential programs

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve program outcomes
