Job Title: Car Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Car Sales Executive to join our client's team at Enfield. As part of an award-winning dealer group, you will be the face of the brand and company in this location. You will be responsible for selling New and Used cars to retail customers, utilizing cutting-edge technology synonymous with the brand they represent.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be focused on ensuring all customers are met to provide a consistent approach to our sales process, with a focus on the customer being given a full 360 sales approach.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of our client's sales processes and effective enquiry management, taking your customers on a journey from initial welcome through to negotiation and close.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Car Sales experience from a main dealer or independent retailer background.
  • Experience of delivering first-class customer service in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close sales.
  • A full UK driving license.

Working Hours

This role requires a flexible approach to working hours, with the following schedule:
  • 9am-6pm weekdays.
  • 9am-5pm Saturday.
  • 10am-4pm Sunday.
  • 1 day off (Monday to Friday).
  • 2/4 Sundays off.
