Subway Sandwich Artist Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Subway Sandwich Artist at our SPAR store in SPAR Valley, Anglesey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality sandwiches, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present sandwiches to the highest standard, using fresh ingredients and following established guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety standards and procedures.
  • Restock sandwich ingredients and supplies as required, ensuring a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
  • Operate the till system, processing customer transactions and handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a small team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred.
  • Some understanding of health and food safety legislative responsibilities in a food environment.
  • Ability to contribute ideas for delivering exceptional customer service and driving the business forward.
  • Keen and enthusiastic approach to working both in a team and independently.
