About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Specialist Care Team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with complex needs to live a meaningful and happy life.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centred support, empowering the individual to identify their goals, pursue their interests, and maintain their health and wellbeing. This may involve supporting them with daily living tasks, such as cooking, domestic duties, and personal care, as well as accompanying them to social activities and appointments.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and who is committed to delivering high-quality care services. If you are a caring and empathetic individual with a strong desire to support others, we would love to hear from you.
