Relief Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Relief Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role will involve working as part of our maintenance team to ensure the upkeep of our buildings and grounds.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Liaise with staff and management to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
• Undertake various tasks including painting, decorating, plumbing, electrical work, and joinery as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A positive disposition and ability to work in someone's home.
• Previous experience in a similar general maintenance role or as a tradesperson.
• Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis as required.
• Ability to work within our Christian ethos and values.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
