Residential Engineer

As a HomeServe Residential Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality plumbing services. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, including some weekend, evening, and bank holiday shifts.
The estimated salary for this role is between £33,446 - £40,000 per year, plus a £1,500 guaranteed bonus in the first year. Our industry-leading reward package includes a basic starting salary of up to £37,810 with an OTE of over £40,000 if you opt in to additional hours at an enhanced rate.
You will also receive a £1,500 signing on bonus paid in two instalments, a fantastic pension scheme, and up to 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays). In addition, you will have access to a company vehicle with fuel card and all the necessary tools to deliver excellent service.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or similar qualification, a full UK driving licence with less than 6 penalty points, and excellent customer service skills. It would be beneficial to have experience working as a plumber in domestic housing.
