Residential Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Woodside Residential Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role

This part-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of older people. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
