Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rural Chartered Surveyor to join our team at Rose & Young Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Rural Department, you will play a leading role in supporting our clients in all aspects of rural land management, including diversification and planning, estate and property management, valuations, taxation, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on rural land management, including diversification and planning, estate and property management, valuations, taxation, and succession planning.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for rural land management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve client goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent client care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rural land management.
Requirements:
- RICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor with at least 2 years PQE.
- Registered Valuer and FAAV preferred, but not essential.
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of business targets and their impact on the practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Pro-active and business-minded with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
