About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Nuffield Health's Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and booking appointments with empathy and professionalism.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patients and visitors.
  • Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, and charge sheets, requiring strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and sympathetic manner.
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or a relevant reception environment is desirable.
  • Strong IT and keyboard skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts, including weekends and holiday periods.
