Job Opportunity: Quantitative Estimator

We are Footprint, a leading Construction Company in North West England. Our team is seeking an experienced Quantitative Estimator to join our esteemed organization.

As a successful Construction Company with over 90 years of experience, we continually strive to be at the forefront of our industry. We operate under numerous Framework Agreements, working on projects ranging from £500K to £10M in value for the Public and Private Sector.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in estimating for a main contractor and relevant experience in tendering for refurbishment and new build projects. They will also have excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling them to liaise effectively with Construction Professionals, Supply Chain, and Contractors Team.

This role offers a competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 + Package, reflecting the importance of this position within our organization.
