About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to spearhead our Water Infrastructure solutions, encompassing industry-leading products like InfoDrainage, InfoWorks ICM, InfoWorks WS Pro, InfoWater Pro, and Info360.

As a Senior Director of Product Management and Engineering, you will lead a global organization of approximately 140 employees/contractors, with major sites in Irvine, CA, and Newbury, UK, as well as distributed teams in Mexico, Canada, Australia, and other locations.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver Autodesk Water Infrastructure solutions as cloud and hybrid applications, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure the products meet our strategic goals.

You will partner with Industry Strategy to develop Autodesk's strategy for the Water sector, while managing the Product Strategy in support of that overall business strategy.

The ideal candidate should have a track record of bold moves that transform customer experience and value delivered, as well as experience creating and implementing organizational strategy, having demonstrated significant organizational impact.

The minimum qualifications include 10+ years of experience leading large-scale global product and engineering teams, and insight into the Water Infrastructure sector, including water distribution networks, flood and storm water drainage, and sewer collection systems.

Estimated Salary Range:$210,800 - $341,000 per annum, depending on experience and location, with additional compensation packages including annual cash bonuses, commissions, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
