We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Securities Team at Together, a leading non-bank lender based in South Manchester. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of property titles and land registration procedures.

The salary for this role is up to £35,000 plus annual performance bonus and benefits.

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing title documentation, developing effective working relationships with other departments and stakeholders, and ensuring the customer's needs are met throughout the journey.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in commercial property experience and working knowledge of loan types.
