Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Penryn Primary Academy. As an Outdoor Learning Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Forest School Lead to deliver high-quality outdoor learning experiences for our students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Forest School Lead in delivering Forest School intervention sessions and PPA sessions
  • Deliver Read Write Inc. Phonics to a small group each morning
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of outdoor learning activities

Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering Read Write Inc. Phonics would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
