Job Title: Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting in ensuring the Branch hits targets, is profitable, wins new business and retains current clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and growing the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Source and win new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in residential sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving license required
