Job Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at CV Technical, a specialist recruitment business focusing on the engineering industry. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with candidates and clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

The role offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per year, plus uncapped commission based on revenue generated, with potential earnings of up to £60,000 per year. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, rising by 1 day per year served + Bank Holidays, target-based incentives, weekly internal competitions, early finish Fridays, and 4 salary reviews per year. Additionally, you will have access to full training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
