We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with substance misuse issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with substance misuse issues
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
