Estimated Salary Range: £28,000 - £42,000 per annum

Job Description

Educators Wales is seeking an experienced Campus Facilities Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our school site. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating the site management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Managing maintenance schedules, collaborating with the Business Manager on works projects, and maintaining accurate records.
  3. Developing and implementing strategies to promote and safeguard student welfare, aligning with our ASPIRE values.

Requirements

Previous experience in facility management, site supervision, or a related field is essential. The selected candidate must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
