Job Description

At Team Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to oversee the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records. This role involves preparing financial reports, maintaining balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. General Ledger Oversight: Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  3. Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and regular reviews are performed.
  4. Closing Activities: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. The estimated salary for this position is approximately $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
