Key Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans for students with SEND
* Provide support with personal care needs and promote an inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop strategies for supporting students with specific needs

Requirements:

* Teaching Assistant Level 1 qualification
* Previous experience working with students with SEND is desirable
* Strong understanding of supporting students with SEND and ability to adapt to individual needs

Working Conditions:

* This role involves working in a classroom setting under the guidance of teaching staff
* The environment may be challenging at times, requiring patience, empathy, and adaptability
