Detailed Job Description:

As an experienced SEND Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to pupils in schools with additional learning needs. Our ideal candidate will possess a compassionate nature, patience, and dedication to creating a supportive learning environment.

In this role, you will be expected to support teaching and learning, encouraging independence and self-confidence in students while fostering positive relationships and a sense of belonging within the school community. Key skills required include flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of the student and the school environment, as well as a willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
