Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and confident Senior Financial Manager to oversee our finance operations at Four Squared. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing accurate financial statements, including the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow. You will also provide critical analysis of product and customer profitability, supporting our management team in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Provide commercial insights and support to the management team.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Oversee audit processes and maintain strong financial controls.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial statements, improving processes where needed.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or stock-based industry.
- Strong knowledge of stock control and its impact on financial statements.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs).
- Part qualified, fully qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
