Job Description

The Carrot Recruitment company is partnering with a pharmaceutical manufacturing company to support the resourcing process for a full-time, permanent Pharmacist role. The successful applicant will join the homecare dispensing team onsite at their Northampton site, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accuracy checks, clinical checks, and provide clinical advice as needed, acting as the responsible pharmacist as and when required.
  • Maintain high levels of compliance within the department, adhering to all company SOPs.
  • Support the effective training process of pharmacy colleagues, updating training logs and ensuring that regular CPD is completed to maintain and develop knowledge across multiple therapeutics areas.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional departments as needed.
  • Assess current workstreams and implement new frameworks to ensure efficient and compliant processes are in place within the department, collaborating with Pharmacy Management.
Requirements
  • A registered Pharmacist in the UK with GPhC registration.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar position, including pre-registration work experience.
  • Superior communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain accurate data and input this into relevant systems.
Estimated Salary Range: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
