Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around £12.00 per hour for weekdays and £12.50 per hour for weekends. Our benefits package includes enhanced bank holiday rates, guaranteed hours, holiday pay, pension scheme, free DBS/PVG check, company mobile phone, uniform, paid mileage, and access to our WeCare benefits platform.

About the Role

Your responsibilities as a Care Companion may include assisting with personal care, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. However, your true impact lies in providing companionship, reassurance, and joy to the lives of those you care for. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, tailoring your care to ensure they feel supported and valued.

Requirements
