Job Description

Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a rapidly expanding, profitable enterprise that has significantly increased its market share over the past two years. As the company continues to scale, they are seeking to strengthen their internal capabilities by bringing the finance function in-house, establishing a solid foundation for future growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including the identification of trends and suggested methods of improving performance.
  • Develop KPIs to include analysis of revenue and margin by product, geography, and sector.
  • Review systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and lead the year-end accounts process.
  • Oversee tax compliance, including payroll and VAT.
  • Examine opportunities with Invest NI.
  • Business partnering with commercial and operational leads to provide information to drive performance.
  • Cash flow and working capital management.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Experience working within a scaling business.
  • Highly driven and commercial.
  • Ability to liaise and negotiate with external stakeholders.
