About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safeguarding and Quality Manager to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding individuals who use our services, ensuring their safety and well-being, and upholding our commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safeguarding and quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these areas.
  • Collaborate with the Services Manager to co-develop and implement the service quality improvement plan (SQIP) and ensure its effective implementation.
  • Investigate incidents and ensure that learning is disseminated throughout the service to prevent recurrence.
About You
  • You will have a clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services, with experience working in regulated services.
  • You will have a detailed understanding of the Care Quality Commission's key questions, inspection regime, reporting, and the challenges and risks that need to be managed.
  • You will have experience conducting audits and reviews to inform evaluation of the service and identify areas for development.
