Job Title: Trade Marketing and Campaign Planning Manager for Northern Europe
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing and Campaign Planning Manager to join our team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and animate marketing campaigns across key markets in line with allocated budget
- Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and desired outcomes
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics to evaluate effectiveness
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce and distribute marketing materials, animations, and assets
Travel Agent Marketing Campaigns & Indirect Sales:
- Manage key travel agent marketing campaigns to drive B2B partnerships and sales
- Collaborate with travel agents and Key Account Managers to understand their marketing needs and develop joint marketing initiatives
- Develop marketing materials and resources to support travel agents' marketing efforts
Commercial Partnership Development Management:
- Lead business development efforts to form strategic partnerships with brands in retail, tourism boards, and airlines
- Nurture existing partnerships and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within the travel or luxury industry
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
