About the Role:

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing suppliers, ensuring maximum value and efficiency for the business. This is a permanent position, working closely with the Head of Buying, and will involve leading a team to build long-term supplier relationships and deliver a successful product offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales, margin, and profitability through effective procurement strategies.
  • Lead a team to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a successful product offer.
  • Implement product strategies and ensure the business meets customer needs.
  • Monitor and review competitor information to stay ahead in a changing market.
  • Play a lead role in reviews, supplier negotiations, promotions, and pricing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure great product availability and quality.

Requirements:

  • Essential buying experience.
  • Strong awareness of new and upcoming trends.
