Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Garment Production Specialist to join our team at Casablanca Paris. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with our studio team to ensure the highest standards of product quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update technical packs, including pattern reviews from SMS samples to PPS.
  • Collaborate with the pattern cutter to ensure consistent quality and fit across all collections.
  • Work with the Design team to give technical guidance on luxury products.
  • Lead fit sessions alongside the Senior Garment Technician, Pattern Cutter, and Design team.

Requirements:

  • Possesses solid understanding of fabrics, technical components, and sewing techniques.
  • Thrives in working with luxury products and has proven experience in a similar technically-focused role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creative vision of Casablanca Paris as part of a dedicated team. You will work closely with production, sampling, and the atelier to uphold and refine our standards, ensuring excellence in product quality, processes, and professional conduct.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
