About the Role

This is a pivotal role in our Technical Sales Team, where you will be responsible for raising pre-contract proposals to Interior Designers and converting them to full hardware schedules when the contractor requests. You will also own and maintain a pipeline of projects/deals, ensuring that data and details are accurate and realistic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise pre-contract proposals to Interior Designers and convert them to full hardware schedules when the contractor requests
  • Own and maintain a pipeline of projects/deals, ensuring that data and details are accurate and realistic
  • Forensic and creative follow-up of projects/deals, keeping in touch with key stakeholders at each stage of the pipeline until a PO is placed
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that the hardware schedule is accurate and informative for the client throughout the sales process
  • External project meetings and site visits to finalize the hardware schedule and advise clients on technical issues
  • Hold face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers on projects to ensure all parties have a clear understanding of what is required
  • Manage daily correspondence and admin that the role generates, including a volume of emails
  • Prepare small quotes for extras and do revisions to existing hardware schedules
Requirements
  • Relevant experience/knowledge of the high-end residential construction sector
  • Experience gained in a luxury product-based business
  • Proven success in a customer-facing/sales role
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Commercially focused
  • Natural communicator who enjoys delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Technical and practical mindset
  • Competent on MS Office Suite, ability to learn new software (ERP/CRM)
