Key Tasks:
  1. Respond to player inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  2. Manage and record player interactions
  3. Translate important game-related information from English to German
  4. Moderate and monitor official forums to ensure a positive community experience
Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Strong understanding of games and IT hardware
  • Proficiency in both English and German

Desirable:

  • Previous experience as a Game Master or in a related field
  • Background in customer service or a similar role
  • Additional language skills, such as French or Japanese

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum.
