About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our Sterile Processing department.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Process, decontaminate, clean, and inspect surgical instrumentation to ensure it meets quality standards.
  2. Work collaboratively with the OR team to ensure the availability of necessary equipment and instruments during surgical procedures.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in sterilization and disinfection.
  4. Assist with training new staff members on Sterile Processing procedures and protocols.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sterilizer performance, inventory levels, and supply usage.
Key Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
