About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Solicitor to join our dynamic Property Litigation team at Birketts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing files, interacting with clients, and assisting senior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and run files under the supervision of senior members of the team.
  • Interact directly with clients and manage their expectations.
  • Assist senior members of the team as required.
  • Contribute to business development to help build the reputation of the firm and the team.
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE (approx.).
  • High diligence to produce work/documentation of a high standard.
  • Flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are met.
  • Interest in and aptitude for business development.
  • Excellent computer/technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of seniority.
  • Good organisational skills, able to prioritise and make decisions.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
