Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative professional to support our students with SEND. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining accurate records, coordinating individualized support plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of students with SEND
  • Coordinate individualized support plans and interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and provision of support
  • Assist in the assessment and identification of students with SEND
  • Monitor the progress of students and provide regular feedback to the SEND Coordinator
  • Support teachers in implementing appropriate accommodations and strategies in the classroom
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role, preferably within a Secondary School
  • Sound knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Compassion, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students and their families
