Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at TipTopJob, based in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

About the Role:

• You will oversee the entire production process, from planning to delivery
• You will manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support where needed
• You will develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and productivity
• You will build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders
• You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to drive business growth.

About You:

• You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role
• You will have a proven track record of improving production efficiency and productivity
• You will have excellent leadership and communication skills
• You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You will have a NEBOSH and safety qualification desirable

The estimated salary for this role is £95,000 per annum.
