Senior Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of bespoke residential projects of high value.

Our ideal candidate will have substantial post-qualification experience, including working on custom-designed residences with significant project values. You will be adept at managing complex design processes from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standard of architectural excellence.

The successful candidate will have a strong design portfolio showcasing one-off houses, excellent communication skills, and experience managing client relationships. You will also have the ability to lead and mentor junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of bespoke residential projects of high value
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into exceptional architectural solutions
  • Manage project teams and collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Oversee all stages of the architectural process, ensuring precision and attention to detail
  • Contribute to the growth and reputation of the practice through innovative design

Requirements:

  • ARB registered
  • Substantial post-qualification experience as a senior-level architect
  • Expertise in delivering high-value, bespoke residential projects
  • Strong design skills, with a portfolio showcasing one-off houses
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing client relationships
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior members of the team
