Optical Practice Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced optical professional to join our team as an Optical Practice Manager.
The successful candidate will have the ability to motivate and lead a small team, with a strong focus on commercial success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing a small team of optical professionals
• Motivating the team to achieve sales targets
• Providing staff training and development opportunities
• Dispensing eyewear and managing administrative tasks
The practice also runs a hearing clinic, offering a range of services to patients.
