About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Godiva Limited. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our business and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Prepare and review monthly management accounts for Godiva Group.
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Design and implement financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
    • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to support business performance monitoring.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance
    • Review and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with IDEX policies and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage the Finance team to ensure effective delivery of financial services.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Employee Nominated Pension Trustee
    • Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of pension scheme information.
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure effective pension scheme management.
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA) or 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong PC skills and experience with financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
